"In November I was so lucky to be asked to speak at the annual BI Norwegian Business School MBA Almuni dinner. The topic was innovation, and I got to talk about my experiences with innovation in Alv AS and with Alv B AS, and what we do to facilitate innovation in our companies.

The most scary thing when you start a company from my point of view, is taking risk and facing the potential of failure. And honestly, there is no way past that - you actually have to put yourself on the spot and take a risk to innovate and to make a change.
